2. Services Provided
Colonial Trolley provides event trolley rental services for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties. The specific details of your rental, including pricing, duration, and terms, will be outlined in your booking agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event date.
  • Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website or in your booking agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

5. Use of Services

  • All renters/responsible persons must be 21 years or older.
  • Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on the trolley.
  • All passengers must:
    • Keep all body parts (arms, feet, hands, etc.) inside the vehicle at all times
    • Behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner
    • Comply with all driver instructions
  • Underage alcohol possession or intoxication will result in:
    • Immediate notification of parent/guardian and operations manager
    • Immediate return to pick-up location
    • Termination of charter with no refund
  • Charter time begins when vehicle leaves its garage location at 20 Michael Road, Maynard, MA and ends upon return to garage
  • Colonial Trolley reserves the right to:
    • Expel any person from the vehicle
    • Terminate service immediately for violation of these conditions
    • Retain full payment in the event of early termination due to violation of terms
  • You acknowledge that late arrivals caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup/drop-off information, or any situation beyond our control are not the responsibility of Colonial Trolley
  • You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Colonial Trolley reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

6. Liability

  • Colonial Trolley is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the use of our services, except as required by law.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Colonial Trolley harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Colonial Trolley and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
